Thanks! And it was good! I cooked that after the hunting season ended last year. best tip I can give you is to separate the connective tissue and skin from the breast meat. This will allow the fat to baste the meat and allow the skin to crisp to form a moisture barrier. :thumbsup:

i love those cherry preserves, gonna have to try using them in a pot-roast....hope you saved some for the biscuits in the mornin' :bow:
