Looks good! I had chicken and dumplings with homemade biscuits.

Got a big pot of turkey leg and thighs boiling to make stock...be finished in about an hour.

It is out of this world, if I want Cajun food I typically want to go to La but this is right on the money. Enough heat to burn but very enjoyable.
