have you done a weight analysis with all that treated lumber? a treated 2x4 8 feet long weighs close to 8 lbs....

Yes I have calculated my weight every step of the way. I will be adding a dock float in the Center. The building company told me this building weighs around 1500 lbs way lighter than Wood.
