For the original question.. it seems like you guys are all equals. You each play a part in hunting. I don't think it is your place to take charge and tell others what they can or cannot do. However, I think you should plan on being at the launch 20 minutes earlier next time and have a little chat. Tell them straight up that you have to change what is happening to kill more birds. Try it several different ways.

Try having two guys set up the boats and hide them while the others put our decoys.
Try letting the guy who cant call take over for the first set of birds. The next guy for the next set. Then you for the next set. See what happens.
Make sure everyone understands that the guy whose turn it is to call is going to call the shots. Nobody jumps earlier.

I'll bet you by the end of the day you are the one calling the birds and the shots.
Why do I shoot 3.5" for geese? Because they don't make a 4" yet!

3. lay it on them ducks with the shaker feeder call

4. take pics of strap hanging on truck's mirror

Simple anymore questions.

That was all wrong. I fixed it for you.

haha wow, today i was informed that the two brothers are refusing to hunt with eachother, and have decided to take turns with me and the driver, since they cant get along. Well not exactly, it wasnt as diplomatic as it sounds. The elder is now refusing to hunt with his younger, since the little brother complained about not having his shells, then wasted one trying to flush ( didnt work ) anyways the elder brother is refusing so know i dont have to say nothing, they fixed it themselves...sortof. which kinda sucks for him cause we scouted a nice spot, got permission and were expecting to slaughter the ducks this weekend. Owell more shots for me !!  :lol3:
