gonna do some of "Buck's World Famous Onions" with the steaks friday night before the opener...... :thumbsup:

grocery list to pack to the camp for opening week:
50 lbs. block ice
50 lbs. chipped ice
orange rolls
cinnamon rolls
2doz. eggs
2# Venison breakfast sausage
2# Goose maple breakfast sausage
3# bacon
2 doz. biscuits
pepper jack cheese
texas toast
5# boudin
1/2 doz. pot pies for inda blind
1 lb. butter
1/2 gal. milk
green onions
cream cheese

frozen prepared meals from freezer
frozen meats, fish and seafood
special ingredients for cooking depending on what is on the menu....

Scotch should be mandatory, well, at least for me anyway. I was going to suggest adding a gas refrigerator, until I saw the size of the camp.

I too am am the product of an engineer, my Dad, so I can understand your way of thinking. We can put 10# of crap in a 1# container. :thumbsup:
