Cool video
One time while fishing we had a strike hit about 40 yards from us,hair stood up on our arms and the back of necks and a taste of copper in our mouths, needless to say we stayed a little to long.

This is why Woody never has to worry about lightning strikes.

I suspect you could have just picked them up off the top, had they waited a minute or two.

eh....I've seen worse. Though not from a bass boat at WOT. I was under a rig when the storm blew over. Most lightning strikes I have ever seen air to water.

And this is why you would win our cage match. I would have buried the throttle on that boat so far it would have taken a come-a-long to get it undone.

You haven't fished until you fish with electricity. You'll never be able to go back to hook and line.

It IS funny, but seriously a lot of our marshes have no trees. The area near my parents they are developing they took every last tree out, first thing.

I saw the DNR shocking boat a few years ago. It looks like the only way to go.
