too bad they'll most likely use it predominantly for beef and then try to pass it off as "BBQ", when everybody knows BBQ = Pork :no:

the local fire dept. has one that they can do 300 pork boston butts on it at one time. They sell them for a big fund raiser every year.

BBQ festival every year downtown where I live. All open pit cooking. Awesome stuff.
