This can't be serious..

Internet scouters never go for the trifecta on their first post:
Want spot but don't want to scout.
Don't want to get up early to get there
Post in the first place they see instead of taking the time to scroll down the page to at least cyber scout in the correct state forum.

Judging fem his username, he only shoots Pintails. So no one should be too worries about giving up their spot, I'm sure he will leave all the other ducks for you ;-)

I know a field in SEMO thats packed with pintails, is private, surrounded by clubs, and is off limits. You could be done and gone before you get shot at...maybe. Want cords?

Googled his location. He lives less than TEN miles from the lake he mentioned.
Dude, walk to the lake and listen for ducks.
They quack sometimes.

Yeah but that means he has to actually look around.... Why do that when you can just internet scout! Places around Smithville are locked up!! Places are clubs or have been hunted by the same people forever!!!! Smithville has held geese since the lake was built They have a draw for blinds on the lake.. So he's to late for that And good luck finding a farmer around there that hasnt been asked a 100 times to hunt their property cause they more than likely already have people hunting on them!

I'll give you the cliff notes:

- Too lazy to scout
- Too lazy to get up early to go somewhere else
- Wanted a place that was "close to home" where people "do pretty good with ducks"
- He appreciates any information that's given to him :lol3:

I'm not lazy at scouting I just work 7 days a week and don't have a lot of time to get out and do much. I thought people on here would not be so secretive about where to go. Not like I was asking if I could get in your boat. I guess I wasn't clear on what I was asking. I just meant north, south, east or west side of the lake. If someone asked on here where to go at grand pass I would tell them. If you have a big boat pool 6 is probably going to be the best. If you are walking in than either 5 west or pool 5. If you have a layout boat most all the other pools are good. Oh My I just gave out my honey holes at grand pass now I will never shoot any ducks there ever again. And before someone analyzes that I said I work 7 days a week and when will I have time for hunting its called vacation but I will spend it scouting and not in a suv or prius.
