I wonder what the Inda's are up to now?

I bet they've shot limits everyday or at least close...

Anyone want to bet on the first duck they downed?

Odds favor their first birds being greenwings, and I hope you're right about the limits. Our bird activity a couple hours to their west dropped off sharply after the first day. Hoping to at least see a bit of wind this morning for a change and that the front coming later today is pushing more birds down.

But those boys are in hog heaven just now regardless.
If you think I'm wrong, you might be right.

I've talked to swamp a time or two this week and they've been doing ok. They were planning to come in yesterday but will wait to see what this front will bring. I'm not going to type any more as I know swamp will fill y'all in on their ADVENTURE when he gets back in the saddle.

They are probably still trying to figure out where to put everything they took.

After reading Swamp's prep list I'm guessing they both weigh somewhere around 350 pounds each by now.

I just shot a greenwing this morning up here in Chicagoland. Not expecting that to be my first and only  bird of the morning when I launched the boat in the low 20 degree temps.

Whatever they are up to, I'm sure they are having a good time.

Can't wait to see how they did.

It gives me vicarious pleasure to see hunting photos from people that get more ducks in a week than I get in a season.

Today's Wall Street Journal.

A top leader of the Haqqani terrorist network in Afghanistan was gunned down in Pakistan's capital, dealing a major blow to the insurgent group behind some of the most brazen attacks on Afghan and U.S. targets in recent years.
