why do I keep looking at decoys?

when I have as many as I need and I'm happ with them............ Yet I can't seem to stop looking at the adds and seking out sales and deals. It's like an obsession.............

Exactly! Same reason I have cast and painted 200 foamers and have plans for another hundred. Obsession!

lol Same reason I scour craigslist at lunch looking for decoys. Never know when your going to need that extra dozen or 6

ive hit jackpot on craigslist a couple times. 37 older decoys for 50.00. repainted them to divers and sold a friend a dozen for 20.00 bucks.

I don't know how to describe the addiction but I know the symptoms, until your broke and the smell of divorce is in the air, new decoys have a fatal attraction.

You can find good deals on craigslist for decoys..........................they are just 1000 miles away so they are a good deal for someone else...............


I have over 50 floater I didn't even get a chance to use this season (field hunting till the water froze) and I still keep looking at more foaters.
