What a lot of us will have to watch out for as we get older, is bone loss around our teeth. I've made many partials for shooters. All loosing their teeth on their shooting side upper. Those teeth will be the first to go. Brushing and flossing helps, but a lot of teeth will fail because of this.

i have shot the gun for SEVERAL years and never had a problem.. what i think has happened is my hair gets hung between the butt and my shoulder and the recoil jerks my face into the stock..

yea, had about 1/6 inch of dried blood caked on.. when i pulled my hair back, my gun stopped "kissing" me. wash the blood off and there are no abrasions or anything, only slighly discolored.. blood is comming through the skin.. any ideas??

I told you...stock hicky. The gun continuously hitting your cheek bone is the cause.

Look at your shimming, drop etc. You should be able to shoot hundreds of rounds without issue. You may be comfortable shooting it, but it might not be a good fit. Just my 2 cents.

My guess is you got popped once or twice good, and then the repetitive shooting rubbed it up a little.

yep.. caught my hair and it jerked my head into the stock.. trying to snap shoot jacks comming over at 30 feet will get ya popped too.

I can hardly read your words...can't believe how fast our season went by. I'd give my left nut to be shooting jacks, or anything in December.
