What kind of beef? What kind of cut? How long has it sat out to cure? Nice marbling?

Okay, let's get this back on track. If you want to compare tube steaks, take it to PM's.

We are having USDA certified prime rib one night and bacon, biscuits and eggs for breakfast. What about lunches and the other night?

There won't be much need for lunch. We usually just have dips and snacks. The other dinner will depend on everyone's arrival times.
