How about this.

Give me a good reason why these regulations exist. If you believe these

1. Have to sign a duck stamp already sealed to a signed hunting license.

2. No boaters shall enter inundated wmas before 4am. (now we have boat races...great for environment)

3. Shall be given an OPTION to take HIP survey. Those who dont will be fined up to 100$. (if you killed over 30 ducks, then the survey because inaccurate for total statewide kills)

4. No hunting from sinkboxes. But you can hunt from pit blinds and boat blinds.

5. Any born after 1985 must have a boaters education card.
