Every time I see this thread I think it says "Need a new wife".

It's either my spyderco delica 4 or USA buck rush that I carry daily. I really like the assisted opening on the buck but the spyderco has better steel. Both are around $50 I think

A Real Knife don't have buttons or safeties on them... Unless its a Lock back... Case is what I carried for years love the old razor type blades open on pant leg with one hand. I have lost to many so now my case knives never come out of the box except to look at every now and then I carry a Lock Back Kershaw when hunting or a browning dirty bird I won has pocket clip... heard good things about spyderco u get it in yet?

In my pocket is a Kershaw Ken Onion. Don't know the model, one of the assisted openings that open dang near switchblade like. Only issue is a nick in the edge when I tried to pry something...dang thin blade didn't like that. And the little plastic safety bar broke so every so often I stick my hand in my pocket and the blade is hlaf open.

If I'm in the woods I will have that and either a Buck or Kershaw folder. Though lately I have been wearing an old Western fixed blade I found for like 15 bucks. Sure wish I could find that deal again. Love that knife, but it seems so do collectors.

Send that Kershaw back. They will fix it for free.

If you can get in touch with a snap on dealer most of them carry envelopes with postage and address on it. Just drop in a note with what you want done.

I've carried a Gerber Paraframe for years and still like it. I am thinking about upgrading to a spiderco Atlantic salt this summer though. I have a ton more use for a fully serrated blade than a non serrated.
