Yes, but I had originally planned on one night. Avery told me today, and I'll quote, "daddy, I feel like I want to spend the weekend at ma and pa's. Like, I want them to pick me up from school and spend Friday night and Saturday night." I figure the weekend of this is as good a weekend as any.

I couldn't agree more.

Any DHC doc advice is appreciated. The ulcer is better today than it was yesterday, but now I'm vomiting anything I manage to eat back up.

I'm taking an OTC acid blocker to help with the ulcer. Seems to be working.

The nausea happens whether I eat or not and seems to be related to all the drainage I have going on as well.

Spicy, tomato-based, caffeine, peppermint, chocolate, acids and alcohol all make it worse.

You're taking prilosec or prevacid, right, not just zantac or pepcid? Make sure you take it at least 30min before first meal.

Sorry to hear that your gut is screwed up. But, there could be a bright side to this. Bathing suit season is just around the corner. You could be cut in a month of no eating. Shoot, I'm a stomach virus away from a 2XL shirt.
