To turn this topic back to the planned event; Have we come up with a meal plan yet? I can do the Sous Vide duck breasts as a main course for a meal, or we can have it as an appetizer. Your call Cason.

Ulcers are caused by bacteria.

Alcohol's antiseptic properties are well known.

Seems a fifth of high proof whiskey would be the easiest way to kill that bacteria.

the boudin balls and andouille can be for whenever for snacks/finger food. I figured I'd make the Italian ice for a saturday afternoon refresher. I'll have it premixed and ready to go, just dump it into the ice cream maker and it will be done in about 45 minutes.
