Kentucky lake duck hunting

Postby Sggreen935 » Tue Mar 25, 2014 2:14 pm

I have never hunted either of the lakes Barkley or kentucky. I hunting in Illinois two seasons ago at rend lake which has a draw system. I was wondering if Barkley or kentucky has the same thing or something similar. Where you check in and the draw names and when your name is called you pick what stake you want to hunt. Is there anything like that and if so where is it located?

Ask in the DIY forum, mod is very helpful with this kinda stuff.

Edit: Post your question in here.

I bought the new Navtroniacs Hot Spot waterfowling map database for my gps. Loaded with the proven good spots, both satellite image and road maps, invaluable for scouting. It was relatively cheap, too.
My lab died, and no one on Duckhuntingchat even cared.

I hunt on Barkley. There is a lot of blinds on it. Only rule is that if the owner of the blind isn't in his blind 30 min before shooting hours that blind is first come first serve. Other than that you can hunt anywhere as long as you are 200 yards away from other blinds. Im almost positive that Kentucky lake has the same rules.
