Decoy Identification Help

Postby clymerfowler » Sat Apr 05, 2014 8:41 am

Just a quick question. i recently acquired these two mallard decoys. they say Remington on the bottom and thats a GHG over-sized Snaplock keel mallard (keel broke imagine that) in front of them for size reference. They are huge. Just curious as to what they are and if they are worth anything. If not i will just throw them into the decoy pile and see how they work.

i would like to know what the two extra large mallards are, how old they are, and if they are worth anything.

If they're plastic they're probably not worth crap.

I would put one of them bad boys on my key chain.

p.s. you should consider investing in a decent pepper mill.

What!?? I bought some for 500 dollars apiece!!! I would NEVER put them in the dirty marsh water with all those other cheap wannabe decoys. They are my Crown Jewels and only I can touch them. With gloves on of course.

In all seriousness they're probably worth like 5 dollars each.

The one on the left is a hen, the other is a drake.
