I've been following the winters end or thaw this year and found a neat tool to follow this. Below are snow cover maps going back to 2011 for this month. It got interesting when I compared our harvest amounts with how early the nesting grounds thawed or was uncovered. I'm not saying that's what caused our no bird situation this past season, but it does make you wonder.

This tool took me back to 1998

Snowed here monday all day! :mad: Typical weather patterns over the last 200 years! Warm spells.... Cold spells.... Global warming crap was just that! Biggest money scam ever 2 summers ago we were breaking heat records that were set in 1940's. Was it global warming there or just damn hot!!!
