I wonder if the ducks need special training to attack intruders?

Squirt is a very appropriate duck name, from what I'm learning.

I hate attorneys like that. Reminds me of one who sued a client wanting 10 grand in compensatory damages and 25 grand in punitive damages for two passengers in a car, each. Deposed them both. They had a grand in medical expenses each for an unnecessary ER visit where the doctors found nothing wrong with them and allegedly $500 of damage to a ghetto sled of a car. Nothing they said indicated our client had done anything wrong. Guy wanted to settle after the depositions, said he'd take 10k for each of his clients. We told him his case would be dismissed or go to trial, which dumbfounded him. Filed a motion for sanctions because they intentionally destroyed evidence and admitted as much in their depositions. The lawyer voluntarily dismissed the lawsuits and wondered why we weren't more amicable with him.

:censored: that guy and every guy like him.

"[Lawyer] Price said he hopes to settle the lawsuit within the next two months."

I bet he does, bottom dweller.

I have to believe there's more to it than that. If not, it's a sad example humanity or lack thereof.
