I'm looking for recommendations for outfitters in Southeast Missouri or Northeast Arkansas. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've posted this up a few times now but the facts remain the same if you decide to go to Arkansas.

Check out http://www.byersfarm.com
Everything about his outfit is top notch. The food, the guides and oh yeah... the wing shooting is ridiculous. So either check out his site or look him up on this site (username byersfarm), and shoot him a PM. Good luck![/quote]

Do you know if Byers Farm does hunts without the lodging and food?

I sent them an email, they don't do hunts without food and lodging included.

How about some besides byers farm? Any one have any info on bustin-geese? If you go to the Stuttgart chamber of commerce page it will give you a list of outfitters. Along with like greenhead.net?
Good enough for the girls I date.

There's a guy from hayti/caruthersville that has green timber hunts on some Mississippi River back water. Reasonable prices I hear. Hard to find flooded timber hunts, doesn't advertise but on Craigslist is what I hear. I might have to check him out myself.

My buddy tried showme snow geese and had a really bad experience. I haven't used them personally, just going by what happened with my buddy. The following year when he finally got his money back he used bustinbeaks and had a great time. That was about 5 years ago. I would go by reference from other guys and make my own decision. I'm sure there are bad things about every outfit, just as well as good things.
Pass along your love for the outdoors, like someone did for you, and enjoy it with your children. They are our greatest gift from God!
