So who are the lucky ones who get to hunt on Thursday and Friday. I wish I could but Finals are right around the corner so I cant skip anymore classes. Good luck to those that go and be careful on the roads.

It's definitely for real. I was in KS yesterday pheasant hunting and it was in the upper 60's. I checked the temps there today and it was 29. That's a major front.

I have reservations at four rivers on thursday. It should be a blast although I have never hunted there before. Anyone have any pointers for me.

Any advice on pulling boat in bad weather

Postby moduckhunter » Wed Nov 29, 2006 8:57 am

I have a reservation at Schell Osage on Thursday.....any advice on pulling a boat in this bad weather besides going slow and allowing plenty of room between other cars?

THanks!

Blue what grade are you in 3rd? Don't you need to be 11 to hunt waterfowl?

Hey Moduckhunter,
How did the hunt go at Schell Osage today? My wife Rose and I hunted there last Sunday and Monday. It was her first time. Hunting was slow (weather way to warm) but she was able to call some in. No kills though. (I think she is hooked) We are heading down to Duck Creek and Otter Slue in a couple of weeks.
