NO..........! He// NO! Anything that gives you the advantage.."they", the state wants to take it away! I KNOW killing is not what it's all about...I agree....BUT you all have to admit it sure makes it nice not to get skunked everytime you go to the blind! The roto wings don't always work I know. I never used them and this season the guys that hunted around me, that had them out, flat out hands down kicked my butt! They often limited out and I went home empty handed. I JUST bought three of 'em. Two Mallard drakes and a hen. I work in law enforcement and have contact with the field agents....I'll take this argument up with them to see whats up!
