Myth disspelled!

Postby wickedmfer » Sat Nov 12, 2011 7:47 pm

I thought banded birds were a myth. Found out better today. Only took me 35 years to get it done. My dog " X " made a great retrieve in very heavy cover to make this a reality for me. Best dog EVER!

Most Excellent!

I'm on a band slow streak. Haven't shot a band since 2007. Every bird that the dog brings back I think is gonna be the one that breaks the streak :lol3:

:clapping: Congrats sir! Would love to have a duck mounted with his band still on. Every bird I pick up that is the first thing I check for.
I'm the type of guy who "cups" his hand over his butt, farts, and dishes it out like a soup kitchen.

Just one curl. The web said he was banded last year and probably about 2 years old.

Nice work!
The man banging on the door kept yelling "Alcohol, Tobbaco, and Firearms!" I just assumed it was more supplies.

Congrats Jim. I haven't shot a banded bird since the '90's. Did you ever get the game cart??
