Nope Im going to use te $300-$350 she should bring to buy hunting gear. Cats are worth too much the last few years to do anything with but sell. My five cats last year bought me 1400 worth of stuff I really needed like more trapping gear, arrows, broadheads, shotgun shells, waders, another layout and helped payoff my duck boat. So really the only reason I trap is so I can hunt...which gets me in shape for more trapping. its a never ending cycle.

PS YAhoo 300 posts im somebody now.....right?

300 great but it just means you like to BS on here alot, I never trapt before so I didn't even think about the money issue, I'd just love to have one mounted. That looked like a heavy duty trap, where'd you get it from. I've seen some foxes and wolvurines round here might have to get into it.

How do you trap those cats? I mean, do you stake out one cat specifically or do you trap in areas where there are likely to be cats? Just curious?

Do you trap yotes, foxes, coons, beaver or muskrats too?

I trap pretty much everything. Right now its cats, in another month it will be rats and beaver.

Cats are actually really easy to catch. I have several areas that produce a cat or two a year. I also catch a couple setting on tracks. It may take a month but the cat will be back thru the same way and will usually find my set. The key is to use something at your set that will catch and hold thier attention. I use duck wings on a swivel, so it moves in the breeze.
