Darn weather is messing up my options for the turkey opener

Conditions dont look good for eastern MT's turkey opener. If you are planning on going over to the Custer better call and check conditions. My buddy who lives over there says its a total mess. They have almost 2 feet of snow in the hills and any open roads are a muddy hell, with many unpassable. I am gunna give it a week... maybe longer looking at the weather report.

Mark-give me a call I am up for trying to shoot carp either Sat or Sun.

There are other areas of Eastern Montana that are bone dry and will be for the opener on Saturday. I won't be able to be out but plan to make it out on Monday.

Your right there are some areas that are not burried in snow. But from Forsyth south its muddy wet or white. NE MT is in good shape as you know, but I am not familiar with that area.
