Any of you guys hear of this? I know there is some waterfowl that push through that area so that's a plus, but I don't know how big the lots are. Any of you guys know. Are the people around that area good ol folks? I'm just thinking of trying out a different scene in life for a few years.

The lots are pretty small (less than 12,000 sq ft) and I wouldn't build a house out there. It is 30 minutes from Lincoln on 77, and the cost of building a house could easily exceed the market value. Plus, depending on what your career is, you'd probably have a hard time finding a job without commuting to Lincoln. To answer your question, Midwestern people in general are the nicest/friendliest people in the country.
