Made a trip down to harlan this weekend saw alot of birds down there. Has anyone hunted the west (river side) of the bridge south of alma. Saw alot of teal and some pinnies. It looked really good I have heard that it used to be a lil narrow to do much on, but as of now the river is over a mile wide at or near fishermans gate. Here at work on the poop ponds we always have birds year round. But over the weekend alot more teal have shown up on our basins. Have seen a few close to the platte couldn't tell the species but larger than teal. Thanks to the wet spring and early summer have seen a lot of "local" birds around. And for the first time even had some canadas around that i have seen. 4 day tell early teal and counting. Hows it looking around the state??
