Went out today with a friend and his dog's first hunt. Is sure is fun to watch a young dog and their first retrieve. She swims to the duck, picks it up real lite and comes in. The second one is a little better and so on. Thanks DuckManWest for letting my tag along today.

I still had the crates and decoys in the back of my truck yesterday. Widgeon jumped in the back and was ready to go again!
Big thanks to both of you for making her first experience a great one!!
It has been tough to hunt with another dog after losing Reckon. I felt like a little kid at Christmas time when she got that duck.
