Carson Valley Weekend 2 and 3

Postby Yard Goose » Tue Oct 29, 2013 1:02 pm

Well we started off good and only had one porn shoot that no one showed up for. We have had a awesome year so far with Geese and some good Mallards. Can't forget the Yard Goose. Been using fifty to eighty decoys. The Mallards love the large setups. Nothing like killing Mallards on dry land.. Was able to connect with The Driller and his little bits.. His Kids!! We didn't let the little guys down. Think on that outing we had a Six man limit by 7:33 in the morn.. Enjoy the porn and till the weekend they live.. :hi:

That trucks got the best stuff around... A happy kid and a load of meat!!! Great job. I am particularly envious.
Trust me. 8 hours in a pond with leaky waders, to not fire a single shot... Is still better than work.

I don't know if people had Pmed Yard Goose I was with him that day and I dropped the ball and missed my yard goose. In no way shape or form is that a snow goose, greater, lesser hybrid or anything else. No black on the bill different jaw structure, no coloring on the wings, the eye bands are different and not to mention how giant it is. What happens is people either let go or there yard geese escape and intermix with the local pop. of geese. These two well now one has been with the same group for several years. And no its not a local snow goose its a damn yard goose. That other goose is a speck not a canadian! :hammer: :hammer: Never knew snows were so much bigger then Canadians too.

Might want to proof read that first sentence before some mistakes what you said lol :lol3:
Give a man a duck... Feed him for a day... Teach him to fowl hunt... Feed him for a lifetime...Teach him in your spot... Learn to hunt a different spot....
