Sarah's First Bling.....

....With the camera that is. We went out looking at the fields this morning. Found lots of geese. Most of these pictures were taken with the lens zoomed to max. It is a bridge camera(in between a point and shoot and DSL). Not bad for shooting freehand without a tripod. Watched these guys for about 20 minutes.

i have been seeing a lot of birds coming back home, that is, if they ever left.

Saw a group of about 100 geese and ducks packed into some open water that was about 50' x 50'. it is great to keep the itch alive on February!
