Anyone still getting out?
Between the wind/tides and Christmas things... we haven't been out in 3 weekend days... Hopefully next weekend will change that.
Also just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

went out on Sat and was hard pressed to see ducks, let alone work any.......same spot I had great action the week before......went to a different area in a marsh today and was happy to scratch out a black and a mallard........the only birds to come in and pretty much the only birds 'workable'.....my feeling is that the warmer weather and the extreme winds scattered the ducks or maybe even moved them along......at least we have a few days coming of cold

I hunted last Sat. Got 5 in just under 4 hours. Headed out again both days this weekend if this snow doesn't screw up access.
Christmas? 2 dozen new GHG decoys (Woodies/Mallards) and 2 new decoy bags. Thanks Santa
Preserve game, use a well trained retriever.
