anyone know where to buy salt hay for grassing my boat???? looking in south jersey. any help would be appreciated..

There is a farm down in Fairton that sells bales of grass hay. However, just be aware that the hay is very short. I pick my own salt hay to grass my sneakbox. I takes a little bit of tedious time to pick but worth the effort.

I've also always cut my own, as I suspect most guys do. You do have to be careful where you cut it however. Even though it's a perennial grass and you are doing no harm by cutting the previous season's growth most public lands have regulations against cutting vegetation. A little discretion goes a long way.
