Hi NJ'ers....
I hope you are all on the rebound from Sandy.
What a mess.
I attached a HUGE change in FEMA insurance requirements for those of you effected.
Worth a look too if you even THINK that you might flood one day.

Just Google the Blue Bar info and you'll find it.
