Gil thanks don't need to go there for Blacks. We had a large amount of everything up here in North Zone on Sat so guess will stay up here this weekend. Any info on scaup at Cedar dock road? Did the Brant ever materialize?

thanks if you get out again and you can let me know the ice condition for Saturday I would greatly appreciate it. I know in the past that the Barnegat ramp ices over and you cant get out. If that's the case the only two ramps that are possibly workable are the the ramp on 7 bridges road in Tuckerton, the ramp at the lighthouse on LBI and possibly the ramp at cedar dock road.

Anyone have updated information on the ice conditions on the bay today? Would appreciate it very much. Thinking Sat may not be able to hunt due freeze up and ice flows.

Was going to launch out of there tomorrow morning, any word if it is still locked up? My buddy scouted the bay this afternoon in the big boat but don't know if he made is as far south as the gunning river.

How did the scouting go around Gunning River area? We got out in NZ sat surprisingly as the launch had really thick ice on Thursday night. Action was very good until the dense fog rolled in. Had shots managed to shoot goose of which should had many, gadwall hen missed its mate, merg, and a can I put down but was still swimming and when I started the boat he dove last we saw of him. sucks.

Hunted this morning, no ice and pretty good duck numbers. Left with a limit including buffies and old squaw. Missed a bunch and had two broadies come in at first light that I wasn't ready for.

I didn't shoot or see any, was more in open water though, I'm sure there's some puddlers around.
