22 Ammo Law?

Does NJ have a resident ammo buying permit? How is availability on ammo there?

Its been a while cause I have tons of .22 ammo, but I think they are gonna ask you for your purchasers permit or hunting license. I may be wrong, but I think basically if it can be shot out of a pistol you have to show firearm ID, I bought some .410 and they had to take my info and write it down in a register. Jersey sucks as bad as NY as far as gun laws go... :mad:
