Are magnum decoys and or flocked decoys worth the extra money? What are your opinions?

I think flocked heads make a difference in goose spreads, especially smaller spreads. I don't feel like magnum decoys make a difference at all, but that's just me.

I've killed enough ducks over decoys to tell me that flocked heads and magnum decoys aren't needed.

yep. hell, i've killed plenty of ducks over decoys that didnt have much of any paint on em anymore. the flocked heads make a big difference goose hunting, especially if its sunny out. that will glare off of a painted head and flare birds fast.
