calling help

Postby Jessy_Mallette » Mon Nov 19, 2012 11:18 pm

Wondering if there is anyone in the cruces area that would be willing to help me with my calling. All the YouTube videos in the world are not helping. I'll even pay for your help.

Thanks!

I can make a pretty good quack but that's about it. I've never been able to watch someone call or have someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I try hail calls and lonely hen calls and I sound like crap. And attempting a feeding call is a disaster. I'm desperate here lol.

I was hoping you were going to have problems with whistles since that is what I use the most. Anyway I would recommend putting your calling on the side, except for what you are comfortable with, until the end of the season. Then during June or July spend some time in the marsh, ether bosky Del apache, the reo Grande nature center, ect and listen and call at real ducks that have no fear of being shot.
