The Mrs. and I are making our first trip up to SF this weekend. Any must see thing or places to eat?

I'm a regular there.

Based upon personal experiences, for some real good vittles and service:
Coyote Cafe
132 Water Street
Santa Fe, NM 87501
505-983-1615

Blue Corn Brewery
133 W. Water Street
Santa Fe, NM 87501
505-984-1800

Evangelo's
200 West San Francisco Street
Santa Fe, NM 87501
505-982-9014

Santa Fe Bite (new name and location for Bobcat Bite)
Garrett's Desert Inn
311 Old Santa Fe Trail
Santa Fe, NM 87501
505-982-0544

The first three places are within walking distance of one another and well worth your time for investigation. Santa Fe Bite is the new name and new location for the old Bobcat Bite (a green chili burger that's to die for)

Lorreto Chappel
207 Old Santa Fe Trail
Santa Fe, NM 87501
505-982-0092
An old Santa Fe Mission Church that has a spiral stairway with no visible means of support and was constructed without the use of nails, screws, or iron fasteners of any type known. There's quite a story and some of it leans toward saints and angels. Once you've seen it, you can make up your own mind.

Kind of like good BBQ, it'll leave your beard a mess sometimes too.

That seems like a little too fancy. One of those places that cost 3x's as much and you get 3x's less food. I need a happy medium :lol3:

Might take some food and cook at the house one night(and get wine drunk) and then go out the 2nd night.

Just make sure our cargo makes it to it's final destination safely. Still unpacking at new place and have a spot saved for both of them.

I'm going to have to ship them. Turns out, he's not open on the weekends. Going to send them off on the 24th I think.
