Fishing been pritty good.
Caught this one in the local reservoir yesterday morning while letting Trap cool down after training.

She could stand not catching fish, so after she got off work, we went back over.
I caught this guy on a bunny leach with my fly rod.

Those things are nice and fat. Nice job.

Talked with my wife just a bit ago, and she told me, she and her oldest grandson went over this afternoon and he caught one like these on a rainbow colored panther martin.
gw buddy told me they put about a hunert of this size in on the 8th.

Im in Lubbock, Tx right now.
Ran a 4k pound motor down to a repair place. Im on my 10 hour break. Gonna head for home after 1:30 am.

Tx sucks!
Been in this filthy west Texas area twice now in 2 weeks and find it absolutely filthy. Garbage everywhere. Plus it flat and all looks the same.
Can't for the life of me, figure out why people live in flat land?

West Texas is lacking in the looks department for sure along with the smell of methane gas due to the large amount of dairy's, not helping. When the Playas are full of water in the fall and winter though, you'd be surprised about the numbers of birds.
