This is a picture from one of me and Vernos trips to Roswell...I know I like to see different pictures from around the state so I wanted to put in my little addition.

Yeah...We have hunted there and a little a closer to the parking lot. I think that if there were enough hunters we could pretty much hunt anywhere around that area and have a pretty good day. I'm sure that there are better places to hunt, but its the closest to Alamogordo and its been pretty good to us so far.

Luck with breaking the dog of being gun shy.

I have a Viszla I shot over too soon and she became very gun shy.

To break her of It I left her in the truck where she could see a friend and I playing catch with her favorite ball, shooting, and having fun around a Dove Tank.

We started out about 100 feet away and worked our way to the front of the truck taking a few shots every 10 feet or so. By the time we got there she wanted to be with us so badly that she never flinched at a gunshot again.
