Harvey that sounds like it might be for the Western zone. At lease I hope it is, I would hate to hear that’s our season in the Northern zone. Have you, or anyone else heard back from the survey?

BTW I have a pair of Mallards walking around on my driveway, they came out of the pond in the side yard. If this is the same pair, it's going to their third year nesting here

(edited) I just checked out the DEC site and the Task Force will decide sometime in April if it hasn't already. So might be right Harvey

I've got the dates that the Wildfowlers submitted at home. Unfortunately they don't actually set them until August, so there could always be a last minute change. I'm trying to figure out what weekend this fall/winter to put in for time off. 870, when is usually the ideal time to hunt divers up there?

Okay, I've got to put in for my vacation time before the end of the month, so I'm going to have to guess. Anytime you want to hunt on a weekday let me know.

CLUTCHfan, I can put in for mine at anytime, I also have personal time as well. Lets plan it around your season I'm open any time. Some of the best time for divers is around Thanksgiving I take that week off. Hopefully the snow won't be on my back like last year :pissed: Keep me posted on your time off and season.
