sodus bay

Postby stratton » Tue Sep 19, 2006 3:24 pm

Does anyone hunt the open water of sodus bay. I hunted south of the bridge( 143 ridge rd), which is shallow water. i had to get out of the boat to push it through the mud and i sank up to my waste. I watched a ton of ducks go over as i struggled. I didnt know if there was shore where i could beach the jon boat north of the bridge. I am always nervous of being on private land with out knowing it.
