I can't take credit for them. My buddy came up with the idea and they are his creation. Anyway the blocks are made from 2 part foam poured into homemade molds with a secret coating that makes them tough as nails.......Believe it or not the dekes are very light and those 6 slot fullbody goose bags by avery are sweet for carring these bad boys....

Brother 870.......Those bad boys are some true products of the ole trial an error....... Now there are black ducks, redheads, Goldeneyes, Bills Cans, Mallards and Oldsquaws. Those blocks really bring them in from a long way away. Even the damn geese come into those Bill dekes. The whistler dekes are AWESOME! I'll post some pics when I finally build mine.

On another note, the blind material should be here for my new "handcrafted" boat blind. Should be interesting in the split. Quick question for all you boat hunters.........How do you guys get your dogs back into the boat? Do you use one of those dog ramps? If so which one would you suggest? Thanks fellas and merry Christmas.

Cabela's Dog Doc is what's on our boat. In my humble opinion it's a bit much (big and heavy) if you're looking for a means to get your dog back into the boat and not be stationed on it during the hunt, what it was designed for I think. Neither of my brothers' dogs stay out on it.

It works real well for the dog to get on and off the boat though because it's so big and has a step just below the water line.

Did you ever make it up to the Niagara?? My little bro hammered the g-eye on the last day - they were everywhere apparently. Making plans for a few days after Christmas up in B-lo.

How did you build it? I am thinking of getting one of those too, but don't want to drop $125 or whatever it is for the one in Cabela's. I'll check it out whn I bring you the lead.
