usually gone by the time the western zone opens down this way.. I had to go to perch to get my first.... Then I shot one on our opener that year after taking the trip :umm: Anyway they were both drakes but plumage was nill. Somehow I always manage to pop a green wing well into the season that is perfect, but the bluewings fly to argentina to get pretty. :thumbsdown:

We dont even get blue wings in plumage down here very often . In fifteen years of hunting here I have never seen one in plumage untill Sunday.
