Funny story....Took a young kid and his father out one day. It was their first time out duck hunting and the first time they have hunted over a dog. I had Parker out with us. Anyway, at first shooting light 3 blacks sneak in and are right in the pocket. I yell to take em and all hell breaks loose. All three birds hit the water. I yell to hold their fire and I send the pooch. Parker snags all of them. The kid comes over just as Parker gives me the last bird...a cripple. The kid says ..." Mr. French, you gonna wack his head or somthing?" I smiled and thought..." What would Phil Robertson do?" I tell the kid ..."This is how a real waterfowler kills a cripple"....and I bite the back of the ducks head with a nice crunch.....Mingya that kid looked at me like...." Holy nutz this guy is totally shot" Well this father just burst out laughing and told his kid...."Man we gotta hunt with this guy again...."
Its nice to leave a lasting impression on people. Later boys......

I dont know how you justify that remark....................I have left whole birds in the fridge for up to three days, normally clean birds on sunday. :umm:
If they're dumb enough to be lured in by plastic you're really just doing them a favor.

Know your target before you pull the trigger.

Duck Hunting is ALL about the bag.
