LI South Shore

Postby brampus » Thu Jan 23, 2014 12:33 pm

Well I'm frozen out of the ramps I've been using in Westchester. I try to come down to the south shore at least once a year. with about a 2 1/2 hour ride I was hoping someone could help me out with a ice report at the boat launch. Also will you see birds at first light or on the dropping tide, dead low around 6 am seems bad.

Thank you

TUNDRA....in middle south shore....locked up...
Probably west with more moving water and higher tides would be your best bet
