Lab Puppies?? Help?

Postby fowlweather92 » Thu Feb 06, 2014 4:31 pm

My family and I have been looking for female black labrador puppies with the American build good for hunting. We have called over 30 different breeders with no luck (most dogs are the English build or are spoken for already.) Any suggestions for breeders in the New York, tri-state area would be appreciated.
This whole school thing makes duck hunting a little harder...

How soon are you looking for a pup? I know of a litter will be available close to summer. My friend is not a kennel or breeder, but both dogs are out of great blood lines. Both the male and female have lots of gunning experience from field hunting, swamp, and offshore along with lots of upland experience.

got my Sunny from Wes at Rise and Shine.

she is on the small side...60 lbs at 2 years old, but what a hunter ...drive like no tomorrow, run all day and then some, but so UNBELIEVABLY trainable...just a sweet heart....listens 110 % never have to tell her come twice.....

and soooo lovable

each breeding stands on its own merits of course.....but I got a fine dog

good luck

Did you guys find your pups? We just had a breeding. Pups will be ready to go home late May,early June. American field pups. solid pedigrees, both parents excellent hips. PM if you are interested and I will direct you to our website. 3 pups spoken for already but should be a decent sized litter. We are upstate but willing to meet downstate buyers half way for delivery.
