Hunted a small piedmont reservoir today....not the rock/TT/badin or tillery LOL

2 guns - 1 greenhead, 1 ringer & 2 coots (which I didn't shoot  )

Overall didn't see the number of birds I had hoped for with this little blast of cold weather. Hope to get a good push of weather in these last couple of weeks but the outlook doesn't look good.

Hunted a farm pond, two weeks ago it was loaded. Sat only saw a few: shot a mallard and a ringbill. HMMM! Wonder if somebody is sweetening their hole to attract ducks??

Hunted from my boat blind (usually prefer the bank)

4 guns; 35 coots, and 3 Buffle heads. A lot of fun for a little local spot.

Saw a few teal, but no other "duck" ducks. The little dippers where a treat right as we were about to pick up.
