Postby Thom-ass » Sat Aug 26, 2006 12:52 pm

While bored on a friday night, I decided to get all my guns out and clean them while watchin OLN. Great combo huh? Anyway it got me thinkin, i wonder what everyone else carries into the woods/blind. So i figured why not a little survey. I'll start:

05 Remington 870 Express Super Mag pump shotty w/ Advantage Max 4

It's my all around gun. Goes everywhere and does everything.

Sooo...what is everyone elses gun of choice?

hmmm choices, choices....

As far as waterfowl guns. Beretta Xtrema 2 is first, with an SBE 2 (won it) second...Got a Nova as a back up and own an original Xtrema that I'm trying to sell. Have also owned a Browning Gold and still own an 870 express.

I shot an older crown grade mossberg 835. 3 years ago I sent it to Ballistic Specialties and hand the forcing cone lenghtened, trigger worked, camoed, ported, and a turkey chock made for it. It throws blisstering patterns. My partner shoots a mossberg 500.

Beretta Extrema 2 as primary, Nova Pump with recoil reducer as back up. Love the Beretta, soft on the shoulder

Rem. 870 super mag in mossy oak break-up. Has never let me down. But what would you expect, it's a remington. Trying to save up for the new 105cti.

Just bought a new Mossberg 935 in mossy oak pattern. Going to shoot it this season. I usually shoot a Mossberg 835 or my Remington 1100.
